September 2012

Hi again

Here’s the news for September! Two birthdays here this month - our friend Denis's 80th and we've cheated and also added Mike's birthday which was actually on 1st October so should be in next month's blog. As I'm running late this month I decided to included it anyway!

The news from Denmark (WA) is that Emil has been in a school play and Maya had a Spring Festival also at school. They all managed to get up here for Denis's party, and stayed a couple of days with us, so it was lovely to see them all.
Here's some photos of Emil's play

Jo and the girls have continued to win prizes in various art shows once again! Jo has her paintings in so many exhibitions all over the place that it's hard to keep up with her, chuckle!
Simon is still very busy writing  and you can see his books on the Amazon.com web page - just look on his Hal Spacejock web page for the links and news of his latest books.

Mike has also managed at last to get his short story of one of his Spanish walks from Santiago to Fisterra, then on to Muxia and back to Santiago onto The Amazon pages too. You can 'Look Inside' them to see an excerpt. Here are the links:
